The venue is wonderful

Food is high quality. Magnificent location. The staff are very polite and courteous. Offer wake-up service, non-alcoholic beverages, and ironing free of charge. The cigar bar is good, enjoyed this place.

The rooms were impressive, fairly quiet, complete with a lovely view of Amman, and had all the usual amenities. the location was marvelous and lovely, a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. the in-house restaurant was great for lunch. We enjoyed our time here.

Room was not clean upon my arraival some bug was on the room and I asked them to re-clean again.

Very friendly and professional staff. Once your in the hotel, it really feels like you own the place. Very luxurious atmosphere. The rates of the room and different services in the hotel are worth the money.

Minor room cleanliness issues such as: 1. Found random notes from the guest before me in the hotel booklet. 1. The room is a little dusty around the edges.

Spent just one night here 'cause we were rushing, but gotta say, everything was spot on! 🌟 The location was super convenient for checking out all the cool sights nearby.

The room was brand-new and came with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe. The staff was exceptionally professional and the service was very good throughout our stay.

Internet is highly expensive comparable to Jordan's reputation in advanced internect connection, meaning it should be the cheapest in the region.

The breakfast is great, offered with omelets, Western food and international cuisine. Courteous and really good staff as one would expect. It has excellent central location helpful in setting up reservations at a local restaurant.
